“What you don't say speaks louder than anything else.”
Stéphane Krausz
Stéphane Krausz
Stéphane Krausz is a speaker, mentalist, director, and specialist in the language of images. His work revolves around a central question: why do certain messages immediately capture attention, generate engagement, and leave a lasting impression, while others go completely unnoticed? Through his interventions, he explores the invisible mechanisms of communication, where impact, perception, and memorization are truly at play.
Graduated from « La Fémis » with a specialization in image, he develops early on a fine mastery of visual storytelling and the construction of meaning through images. His path leads him to collaborate with major figures in cinema and creation, such as Agnès Varda, Claude Lelouch, Bernard Werber, and Serge Moati. This immersion in cinematic language forms the foundation of his current approach.
In parallel to his work as a director of photography and documentary filmmaker with over 50 films to his credit, he takes an interest in the mechanisms of human perception and how the brain interprets visual and behavioral signals. He trains in non-verbal communication, behavior reading, and mentalism, progressively enriching an approach at the crossroads of image, body, and cognition. He is the author, together with the journalist Pascal Le Guern, of the book « Les secrets des mentalistes » published by Fayard.
Since 2015, he has been working in companies to share this unique expertise. His conferences help to understand how a message is actually perceived, beyond its verbal content. He highlights the role of the body, posture, gaze, timing, and presence in the construction of credibility and impact.
His interventions stand out for their immersive and participatory format. They combine decoding, astonishing mentalism experiences, role-play, and film clip projections, allowing participants to become aware of their own communication and understand its deep mechanisms. Every intervention is conceived as both an experience and an initiatory learning process.
His conviction is simple: in a world saturated with messages, it's no longer what we say that makes the difference, but the way in which we make it visible, perceptible, and embodied. Thinking in images is already better communication. And better communication is already influencing and impacting those around us.
The power of the image: what you communicate without knowing!
- In a saturated information environment, capturing attention has become a strategic challenge. However, a significant part of communication escapes words. Posture, gaze, rhythm, presence: these are elements that directly influence the perception of a message, often unconsciously.
- This conference aims to decipher the mechanisms of non-verbal language and understand how they shape credibility, trust, and impact. Through concrete examples and visual analyses, Stéphane Krausz highlights the power of the unspoken and how it structures our interactions.
- Participants experience these phenomena firsthand through role-playing, situational exercises, and filmed sequences. They become aware of their own communication and identify the gaps between what they think they convey and what is actually perceived.
- The objective is clear: to develop communication that is more aligned, more embodied, and more impactful. By understanding the language of images, everyone can transform their interactions and sustainably strengthen their influence.
Attention and perception: capturing in a saturated world
- We are exposed to thousands of messages every day. In this context, grabbing attention becomes a major challenge for businesses and individuals.
- This conference analyzes the cognitive mechanisms of attention and perception. Why do some images impact us more than others? Why do some messages stick in memory?
- Drawing on his experience as a filmmaker, Stéphane Krausz offers a visual reading of communication. He shows how to structure a message to make it more impactful, more readable, and more memorable.
- Participants leave with concrete tools to enhance the clarity and effectiveness of their communications, in all professional contexts.
Mentalism in the service of communication
- Mentalism fascinates because it gives the impression of revealing the invisible. But behind the spectacular effect lies real mechanisms related to perception, attention, and suggestion.
- This conference aims to understand these mechanisms and link them to everyday communication. How to capture attention? How to guide perception? How to create impact?
- Through live demonstrations, Stéphane Krausz offers the audience surprising experiences. These moments become powerful teaching tools to understand how the mind works.
- The goal is to transform these principles into concrete tools to improve communication, public speaking, and influence.
Influencing without manipulating: the art of mentalism!
- Influence is not solely based on arguments. It is also constructed in the way a message is conveyed, embodied, and perceived. Presence, often invisible, is nonetheless decisive.
- This conference explores the mechanisms that naturally enhance the impact of speaking: congruence, anchoring, gaze, breathing, rhythm. These are all elements that influence the perception of credibility and leadership.
- Through concrete experiences, participants discover how to adjust their posture and communication to strengthen their presence. They experience simple techniques that are immediately applicable.
- The goal is to develop authentic influence based on the alignment between substance and form. A lasting influence that does not rely on manipulation but on coherence.
Ciné-communication: the invisible film you project in the minds of others
- What if, at every moment, without being aware of it, you were making a film? A film without a camera, without actors, without editing... yet profoundly real: the one you project in the minds of your interlocutors. Every look, every silence, every posture contributes to building a perception, an emotion, an interpretation.
- This conference offers a completely new perspective on communication, inspired by the codes of cinema. Just like on screen, everything becomes language: a look creates a close-up, a silence installs tension, a change of rhythm alters the perception of a situation. In both professional and personal life, we already use these mechanisms... without ever consciously mastering them.
- Through an immersive approach combining cinema, psychology, and mentalism, Stéphane Krausz invites participants to experience a concrete and participatory experience. Live demonstrations, interactions with the audience, and situational exercises reveal the invisible mechanisms that influence attention, understanding, and engagement. Each person becomes aware of how they "stage" their messages in everyday life.
- Gradually, an obvious fact emerges: we do not communicate solely with words, we project mental images. The challenge is no longer simply to transmit a message, but to master the film we create in others. A conference which is both captivating, playful, and profoundly transformative, inviting us to regain control of our communication in the age of attention and imagery.
