Our History
Ogma is an agency dedicated to consulting, managing and selecting speakers, journalists, hosts and trainers. Our mission is simple: to create intellectual and human encounters that leave a lasting impression on your audience. Behind this project is a deep conviction: a quality intervention can transform an organization, change a culture and open up new perspectives.
With more than a decade of activity in the sector and over 1,000 speakers placed, we master all dimensions of this profession: from strategic consulting upstream to complete management of interventions. This expertise is based on a rich background in speaker management and speaker recruitment.
We have a strong idea: a successful intervention always begins with listening, transparency and high standards. We master both sides of this profession: we want every client to feel supported, advised and secure. Thanks to our background in consulting, research, analysis and collaboration with recurring partners, we know how to analyze a brief, understand the real issues of an organization and identify the most relevant profile.
We don't represent "just anyone". More than superficial fame, each speaker is selected for their expertise, credibility and ability to transmit knowledge. This selection is based on ten years of field experience, thousands of conversations with experts and executives, as well as a sharp eye for the pedagogical quality of a speaker. We only propose profiles that we know, that we have tested, and in whom we have confidence.
Our role is thus to simplify the lives of agencies, companies and organizers in general. With us, everything is smooth: selection of speakers, validation of topics, contracting, logistics, payment, complete coordination until D-day.
