Biography

From science to communication

A computer engineer with a degree in medical informatics from Université Paris V, Nathanaël Becker began his career in science journalism. A commentator on France 5 and a contributor to publications such as La Recherche and 01 Informatique, he developed a core expertise: making complex subjects accessible without distorting them.

This scientific background now allows him to move comfortably through technical, industrial, digital and institutional worlds.

EIKOS: putting images at the service of meaning

In 1999, Nathanaël Becker founded EIKOS, an agency specialising in audiovisual communication and content production for companies.

The agency has produced several hundred corporate films and executive interviews for organisations such as L’Oréal, Microsoft, EDF, BNP Paribas, Coca-Cola, PSA and Air Liquide. It also supports companies in content creation, the development of internal web TV channels and the professionalisation of their video communication.

His approach rests on one conviction: technology and images only have value when they make things easier to understand and strengthen the message.

A host who puts the speakers first

Nathanaël Becker has hosted more than 200 conventions, plenary sessions, panel discussions, debates and corporate programmes. Ahead of each event, he works on the narrative thread, the transitions, the pacing and the speakers’ preparation. On stage or in front of the camera, he helps experts and leaders express their ideas clearly and naturally.

His journalistic background allows him to ask the right questions, rephrase and make discussions accessible. Particularly at ease with innovation, digital, industry, healthcare, CSR and new technologies, he brings precision, energy and warmth to events.

Helping audiences understand and act

A trainer at CELSA–Sorbonne University since 2008, Nathanaël Becker supports leaders, communicators, entrepreneurs and experts in developing their impact as speakers. He works on the message, posture, voice, eye contact, managing stage fright and the relationship with the audience.

His training draws on exercises taken from journalism, media training, interviewing and television presenting. He works across in-person, hybrid and digital formats, and supports the creation of internal programmes, web TV, live broadcasts and filmed panel discussions.

His expertise also covers sensitive communication and crisis management. He helps leaders clarify their messages, handle pressure and maintain a credible voice in complex situations.

Great hosting is not about putting the host in the spotlight; it is about revealing others.
