Biography

Actress, stage director and speaker Thaïs Herbreteau turns generational tensions into lively, humorous and instantly recognisable scenes.

The stage as a school of impact

After graduating in arts from Sorbonne Nouvelle, she trained as an actress at the Jean Périmony drama school and the Nadia-et-Lili-Boulanger Conservatoire. She has performed in Paris, on national tours and at the Avignon Festival. This experience shapes her stage presence, sense of rhythm and ability to engage an audience.

Bringing workplace situations to life

She has also worked in audiovisual production alongside actors, directors and projects released in cinemas and on streaming platforms. This background informs a highly visual teaching style: rather than merely explaining behaviours, she embodies them.

Reconnecting the generations

Trained by Julien Estier, she speaks on managing younger generations, cooperation across age groups, recognition and engagement. Her purpose is not to decide which generation is right, but to reveal the expectations and misunderstandings that prevent people from working well together.

A keynote to experience

Characters, anecdotes, data, improvisation and audience interaction give her sessions their pace. Participants laugh at familiar situations, gain perspective and leave with simple tools they can apply immediately.

Turning generational friction into meaningful dialogue.
