Gaël Andrews

Born in Berlin and educated in England, Gaël Andrews has dedicated his life to exploring the power of voice as a vector of identity, emotions, and communication. Trained in management in Guildford and a former director of a sports complex in London, he chose in the 1960s a unique path: to unite his taste for leadership and performance with a deep passion for voice. A disciple of Roy Hart, a pioneer of experimental vocal theatre, he participated in the creation of the Roy Hart Theatre in 1969. This foundational experience opened up a radical vision for him: voice is not just a tool for communication, but a mirror of the soul and a lever for personal and collective transformation.

For over forty years, Gaël Andrews has supported leaders, artists, students, and companies in discovering and amplifying their vocal potential. He teaches at prestigious universities and management schools in Europe, Canada, the United States, and the Middle East, and serves in the MBA Coaching program at the University Paris II – Assas. As a speaker and coach, he has developed an approach he calls "The 3D Voice": a work that is both physical, emotional, and identity-based, allowing alignment of breath, posture, and vocal timbre. His interventions, always interactive and lively, offer participants a unique experience where introspection, collective energy, and emotional release intertwine.

Beyond technique, Gaël Andrews emphasizes authenticity and charisma. He helps leaders and teams speak with impact, listen genuinely, and create communication that inspires and mobilizes. His work is recognized for its rigor and its capacity to sustainably transform group dynamics and individual confidence. Now based in Pujaut, in the south of France, he continues his transmission journey through conferences, seminars, and immersive workshops. His mission is clear: to show that everyone can find their true voice — literally and figuratively — and that by liberating it, one also frees their potential, leadership, and creativity.
