Keynote speaker and professional coach Denery Angello draws on a distinctive background in the performing arts, events and human development to help teams recover confidence, energy and the desire to act.
Energy forged on stage
Self-taught and passionate about the performing arts, Denery Angello began his career in dance, singing and acting. He performed in music-hall companies in Monaco before joining Club Med, where he became responsible for creating shows in several resorts.
This experience gave him a strong stage presence and a practical understanding of the mechanisms that capture attention, generate emotion and engage an audience.
From events to collective dynamics
On returning to France, he continued his career in artistic production and event management. In particular, he became director of the Fête du Lac d'Annecy, one of Europe's largest pyrotechnic events.
Coordinating complex projects and multidisciplinary teams shaped his vision of leadership: set a clear direction, build trust and enable everyone to contribute fully to collective success.
More than twenty years supporting people
For more than twenty years, Denery Angello has supported executives, managers and employees on motivation, communication, self-confidence and leadership.
He also taught master's students for seven years at the IAE business schools of Annecy and Chambéry, sharing a field-based approach that connects personal development, professional relationships and collective effectiveness.
More than 50,000 participants in France and internationally have experienced his keynotes, training sessions and coaching programmes.
A keynote designed to be experienced
Denery Angello created the Dener(g)y method to unlock talent, build positive anchors and turn individual energy into collective momentum.
His flagship keynote, FREE – Relational, Emotional and Engaging Fitness, follows a distinctive principle: 70% practice and 30% theory. Participants move, interact, breathe and experiment, leaving with simple rituals they can integrate into everyday life.
