“Joy is a performance booster.”
Hervé Franceschi is a speaker, coach, author, and mental coach. An explorer of joy and a specialist in emotional and relational intelligence, he supports leaders, teams, and high-level athletes in developing their personal power, natural leadership, and ability to create more harmonious relationships. At the intersection of management, positive psychology, nature, and the living, he offers a deeply embodied approach to performance. His work invites everyone to reconnect with their instinct, intuition, and joy as levers of alignment, engagement, and transformation.
Hervé Franceschi
Engineer by training, a graduate of an MBA from IAE in Paris, Hervé Franceschi initially had an international career in the telecommunications world, notably at Equant and AT&T. For several years, he held management positions in sales and Business Unit leadership in France and England, developing solid experience in management, strategy, and team leadership. A former high-level athlete in swimming and water polo, he subsequently transposes the teachings of sport, mental preparation, and collective performance to the business world. As a coach, trainer, and mental coach, he supports leaders, management committees, sales teams, high-level athletes, and artists in developing their potential.
Hervé Franceschi defines himself as a "joy explorer" and a "maximizer of human potential." His belief is simple: sustainable performance does not arise from tension, control, or fear, but from alignment, trust, relational quality, and the ability to unlock one's inner energy. His approach is distinguished by a strong relationship with nature and the animal world. In contact with horses, elephants, whales, dolphins, or even trees, he has developed an original method around natural leadership. For him, nature teaches grounding, intuition, presence, feedback, and harmony — all essential qualities for managing differently.
A recognized speaker, former president of the French Association of Professional Speakers, and a member of the Global Speakers Federation, he speaks in France and internationally at conventions, seminars, congresses, and workshops. His talks combine transmission, experience, humor, emotion, and movement. Author and co-author of several works, including Joy as a Performance Booster, Mission Joy, The Humanist Company, management by values, and Sacred Geometry of Nature, Hervé Franceschi advocates a humanist vision of leadership: to help individuals grow so that organizations can grow.
Joy as a performance booster
- In a professional world marked by pressure, acceleration, and emotional exhaustion, joy often appears as a luxury or a secondary emotion. Hervé Franceschi argues exactly the opposite: joy is a fundamental lever for performance, engagement, and sustainable vitality. It is neither naivety nor forced optimism, but a deep energy capable of transforming our relationship to work, others, and ourselves.
- Through this conference, he invites participants to understand what truly nourishes human motivation. Why do some teams burn out while others remain creative and resilient? Why are some people able to navigate crises with energy while others crumble? According to him, the answer often lies in our ability to regain meaning, momentum, and a form of inner joy.
- A former high-level athlete and mental coach, Hervé Franceschi relies on neuroscience, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and his field experience to show how emotions directly influence our cognitive, physical, and relational performances. He demonstrates that fear, chronic complaining, or limiting beliefs consume considerable energy, while joy unleashes creativity, attention, audacity, and cooperation.
- The conference alternates concrete examples, collective experiences, inspiring stories, and immediately applicable tools. Participants become aware of their internal mechanisms, identify the emotional barriers that prevent them from fully expressing their potential, and discover simple ways to reconnect energy, pleasure, and effectiveness.
- More than an intervention on well-being, this conference proposes a true philosophy of human performance: a more sustainable, more aligned, and more profoundly vibrant performance.
Natural Leadership: Become the strong link!
- Leadership is not confined to a hierarchical status or communication techniques. For Hervé Franceschi, true leadership is primarily an inner posture. It rests on the coherence between what we think, what we feel, and what we convey to others.
- In this conference, he explores the invisible mechanisms that make a group spontaneously recognize a leader. Why do some people naturally inspire trust? Why do others lose their credibility despite their skills? Through the observation of living beings, the animal world, and human dynamics, Hervé Franceschi offers a deeply embodied approach to leadership.
- Natural leadership manifests in attitudes, presence, energy, the ability to listen, decide, and reassure. It also involves knowing how to adjust one's posture according to the situations: to be at the forefront when necessary, knowing when to step back to let talents emerge, or adopting a position of observation and wisdom when the collective goes through uncertainty.
- This conference allows participants to identify their modes of operation, their natural strengths, and their imbalances. Many managers fall into over-control, others into withdrawal or constant doubt. Hervé Franceschi helps each person find their rightful positioning.
- Through examples from high-level sports, business, and nature, he shows that authentic leadership does not rely on domination but on alignment, trust, and relational quality. A powerful conference to develop one's impact while remaining profoundly human.
Fear can kill your business: overcome it!
- Fear has become one of the invisible drivers of modern organizations. Fear of failure, fear of change, fear of losing one's place, economic fear, technological fear… When it is not identified and addressed, it paralyzes teams, blocks decisions, and progressively destroys collective energy.
- In this conference, Hervé Franceschi shows that fear is not the enemy. What becomes dangerous is our inability to traverse it. Because an organization governed by fear always ends up losing its creativity, relational fluidity, and capacity for innovation.
- Drawing from his experience with leaders, high-level athletes, and teams in transformation, he offers concrete tools to regain stability and discernment in times of uncertainty. Breathing, cardiac coherence, mental preparation, attentional focus, and emotional management become levers for collective resilience.
- The conference helps participants understand how the human brain reacts to chronic stress and why certain reactions — complaining, aggression, inertia, or demotivation — are often just protective mechanisms.
- Hervé Franceschi then invites everyone to transform fear into action energy rather than a factor of paralysis. A conference particularly suited to contexts of transformation, crisis, or high managerial pressure.
Emotional and relational intelligence: the key skill of the 21st century!
- We spend our lives communicating... without ever truly learning how to relate. In businesses, many conflicts, tensions, or misunderstandings do not stem from a lack of technical skill, but from a difficulty in understanding what is happening emotionally between individuals.
- In this conference, Hervé Franceschi demonstrates that emotional and relational intelligence has become a strategic competency today. Knowing how to listen, understand one's emotions, welcome those of others, defuse tensions, and create a trusting relationship is essential in a world where technology increasingly automates technical tasks.
- Through concrete examples and immediately applicable tools, he helps participants better understand their emotional reactions, their relational needs, and the invisible mechanisms that influence their interactions.
- A particularly relevant intervention for managers, sales teams, high-pressure environments, or organizations facing significant transformations.
The 7 keys to happiness: finding lasting balance!
- Why do some people seem capable of facing challenges with serenity while others become quickly exhausted? Why does professional success not guarantee personal fulfillment?
- In this conference, Hervé Franceschi offers a profound reflection on our way of living, working, and seeking happiness. Contrary to the simplistic recipes of personal development, he shows that happiness is not an external goal to achieve but an inner balance to cultivate.
- Through seven major pillars — energy, relationships, alignment, gratitude, presence, movement, and contribution — he invites everyone to find a deeper coherence between their personal and professional lives.
- The conference combines neuroscience, positive psychology, breathing, mental preparation, and personal experiences. It provides simple tools to regain vitality, emotional stability, and quality of presence in environments often marked by mental overload and constant acceleration.
- An inspiring intervention for organizations that wish to sustainably work on quality of life at work, engagement, and the prevention of burnout.
Turn your weaknesses into strengths!
- Our vulnerabilities are often the places where our greatest strengths lie. However, the culture of performance often pushes individuals to hide their flaws, emotions, or vulnerabilities.
- In this conference, Hervé Franceschi shows that personal power rarely comes from perfection. It emerges instead from our ability to transform our wounds, fears, or limits into levers for learning and growth.
- Through examples from high-level sports, business, and his own journey, he demonstrates how certain challenges can become engines of profound transformation. He invites participants to change their perspective on failure, fragility, and uncertainty.
- A very human and inspiring intervention, particularly suited for times of transition, crisis, or collective questioning.
Joy, recognition, and feedback: the keys to a sustainable human relationship
In this dynamic and participative intervention, Hervé Franceschi demonstrates how joy, recognition, and the quality of feedback profoundly transform our personal and professional relationships. He explains why we need learning, usefulness, and a positive outlook to stay engaged, progress, and reveal our true value.
Fear can kill your business: learn to turn fear into courage
In this intense and introspective intervention, Hervé Franceschi demonstrates how fear, shame, and doubt paralyze leaders, teams, and organizations. Through his experience with high-level athletes and executives, he invites everyone to accept their emotions, to face their fears, and to transform this vulnerability into the power of action, courage, and sustainable performance.
