Biography
Forged by elite competition
A five-time French champion and European boxing champion, as well as an amateur MMA world vice-champion, Lucie Bertaud was also the first woman to compete in MMA at Bercy in Paris. Her career taught her to make fast decisions, stay clear-headed under pressure and keep moving despite fear.
From the ring to the media
Trained as a journalist, she became a presenter and combat-sports commentator, working with outlets including Eurosport, L'Équipe, RMC Sport and Canal+. Live broadcasting strengthened her ability to hold attention, communicate clearly and connect immediately with an audience.
Extreme environments as a learning ground
A finalist on Koh-Lanta and a participant in The Island, Lucie Bertaud pushed her understanding of adaptation, stress, fatigue and performance in extreme conditions even further.
Turning experience into practical lessons
Today, she translates this experience into the workplace through concrete themes such as resilience, boldness, leadership, pressure management and collective strength. Her talks can also be extended through boxing-, MMA- or HYROX-inspired experiences that move participants from inspiration to action.
Turn pressure, doubt and setbacks into energy for action.
