Biography
A former engineer at General Electric and then Google in New York, Pascal Haumont left tech to make the stage his new playground. Now a speaker, comedian and impressionist, he puts his corporate experience at the service of one conviction: communicating better profoundly changes our relationships.
From Google to the stage
A graduate of Paris-Dauphine, Pascal Haumont knows meetings, PowerPoint decks, managers, engineers and salespeople from the inside. But he also knows theatre, stand-up, improvisation and impressions. Two worlds he brings together in talks that sometimes look more like educational one-man shows.
DISC… as a live show
Red, yellow, green, blue: Pascal Haumont uses the DISC model to decode our behaviours and show how to communicate better with people who don’t work the way we do. Concepts become characters, behaviours come to life and the audience recognises itself. People laugh a lot. They understand quickly. They remember for a long time.
30 years of improv in the service of leadership
Listen. Accept. Build with others. Pascal Haumont transposes the principles of improvisational theatre to management and leadership. An original way to talk about trust, cooperation, initiative and collective intelligence.
A speaker who makes it an event
Impressions, interaction, humour, music: Pascal Haumont does more than deliver content. He turns the talk into a collective experience.
When we laugh, we listen better, understand faster and remember for longer.
