Entrepreneur, author and speaker, Walter Bouvais explores a question that has become essential: how do we build companies able to last in a world undergoing transformation?

From journalism to entrepreneurship

A graduate of Sciences Po Rennes and the CFJ, Walter Bouvais began his career as a business journalist. In 2003, he founded Terra eco, a pioneering media outlet devoted to ecological, economic and societal transformations, which he ran for more than ten years.

Repairing the Earth

In 2018, he co-founded Open Lande, of which he is now President. Its mission: to guide companies, entrepreneurs and local communities towards more sustainable, resilient and regenerative models. One ambition sums up his commitment: repairing the Earth.

From CSR to regeneration

For Walter Bouvais, reducing one’s impact is no longer enough. Companies must learn to restore the resources they depend on, rethink their business models and create more value for ecosystems and local communities.

  • In a context marked by climate pressures, energy transformations, supply disruptions and rapidly changing societal expectations, the question is no longer just about growth, but about robustness.
