Claire Deflou-Caron est une conférencière et consultante internationale en gouvernance, transformation digitale et leadership éclairé. Administratrice indépendante, présidente fondatrice de Govership, secrétaire générale adjointe de l'Association Française de Gouvernement d'Entreprise (AFGE) et membre de l'Institute of Directors de Londres, elle accompagne depuis plus de vingt ans les dirigeants et conseils d'administration dans la conduite du changement et la maîtrise des nouveaux enjeux technologiques.
