Claire Deflou-Caron est une conférencière et consultante internationale en gouvernance, transformation digitale et leadership éclairé. Administratrice indépendante, présidente fondatrice de Govership, secrétaire générale adjointe de l'Association Française de Gouvernement d'Entreprise (AFGE) et membre de l'Institute of Directors de Londres, elle accompagne depuis plus de vingt ans les dirigeants et conseils d'administration dans la conduite du changement et la maîtrise des nouveaux enjeux technologiques. Diplômée de Sciences Po Strasbourg, d'un Master en Systèmes d'information ESSEC/Télécom Paris et d'un Executive MBA (Fox Business School & École des Ponts), elle a bâti une carrière à l'intersection du management, de la technologie et de la stratégie. 

Elle a collaboré avec de grands groupes comme Société Générale, Orange ou l'Organisation Maritime Internationale (ONU), avant de créer Govership, un écosystème indépendant qui conjugue conseil, innovation et gouvernance responsable.
