Stéphane Mallard
Stéphane Mallard has always been a futurist explorer. With a dual background in economics–finance (University of Quebec in Montreal) and in international economic policies (Sciences Po Paris), he learned to code at the age of 12 and developed a real estate financing software while he was still in high school. This combination of analytical mind and passion for tech naturally led him to digital disruption. He began his career on the trading floors of a major French bank, leading the digital transformation of trading activities and organizing his first internal conferences on artificial intelligence. In response to the enthusiasm generated among the general management and subsidiaries, he quickly became the go-to speaker on AI for the group, combining field anecdotes with a forward-looking vision.
From 2016 to 2018, he served as a "Digital Evangelist" in a Franco-American technology company, where he raised awareness among executives and teams about the challenges of AI, machine learning, and automation. Convinced that knowledge should be shared, he blends neuroscience, philosophy, and practical cases to make the most complex concepts accessible. In 2018, he founded "Disrupt Agency" (also known as Casual Shake) to fully dedicate himself to conferences and training. He advises COMEX, prestigious schools, public institutions, and CAC 40 companies. To date, he has led over 700 events in 19 countries in front of more than 130,000 participants.
Author of the bestseller "Disruption: Artificial Intelligence, End of Employment, Enhanced Humanity" published by Dunod in 2019, he was one of the first in France to predict the rise of AI agents like "ChatGPT" as early as 2015. His columns "Tech & Co" on "BFM Business" and his interviews for "Les Échos" and former C8 have given him solid media legitimacy. Today, Stéphane Mallard is recognized for his customized, strategic, and transformative interventions: he creates a real collective awakening in the face of the upheavals of AI and digital. His goal: for your collaborators to leave his conferences ready to change their perspective and take action the very next day.
