“We don't remember what we explain, but what we experience.”

Régis Rossi

Speaker · Magician · Illusionist
Régis Rossi is a speaker-illusionist, an expert in emotional intelligence and a specialist in human dynamics in the workplace. For over fifteen years, he has been combining the mechanisms of illusion, behavioral sciences, and social psychology to provide organizations with a deeply human, interactive, and transformative experience. A speaker at ESCP Europe, KEDGE Business School, and an APM expert, he has already conducted over 1,000 conferences for leaders, managers, sales teams, and public institutions. Thanks to his unique approach — between live performance, experiential pedagogy, and cognitive sciences — he reveals the levers that truly transform a team: attention, trust, perception, cooperation, non-verbal communication, and the ability to create meaning.

Régis Rossi

Régis Rossi is a unique speaker-illusionist, capable of connecting two worlds that seem to be in opposition: business and illusion. Holding a DESS in Marketing and Strategy, he has spent fifteen years supporting decision-makers from large groups (Jet Tours, Orange, La Poste…) on management, marketing and communication challenges. At the same time, he has a deep passion for illusionism in all its forms: close-up, mentalism, pickpocketing, stage magic. In 2011, he founded MRE and created an innovative concept: using the principles of illusion to shed light on human mechanisms in business. His approach relies on emotion and surprise to trigger powerful awareness, open new perspectives, and question our perceptions. Since then, he has been speaking in France as well as internationally, in conferences and seminars.

His interventions, both interactive and impactful, explore key themes: emotional intelligence, engagement, trust, verbal and non-verbal communication, cooperation, cohesion… Through his demonstrations of illusion, he provides strong experiences that become concrete metaphors, immediately transposable into professional daily life. Certified practitioner coach in Appreciative Inquiry and co-founder of the appreciative movement, Régis Rossi advocates an approach centered on the strengths and resources of organizations. Since 2015, he has been teaching social engineering at EPITA, and since 2018, emotional intelligence at ESCP Europe. This dual expertise – academic and artistic – enhances his legitimacy with companies and prestigious schools.

With over a thousand conferences to his credit, he has captivated very diverse audiences: executive committees, conventions gathering thousands of people, training programs for future leaders… His interventions are recognized for their lasting impact and ability to transform managerial practices. Today, Régis Rossi is considered an international reference in the art of linking emotion, relationship, and performance. His credo: the success of an organization is primarily based on the quality of human relationships. With his quirky style, humor, and sense of staging, he offers a unique experience, deep yet light — a new model of conference that leaves a lasting impression.

The power of emotional intelligence!

  • In a constantly evolving professional environment, emotional intelligence has become a strategic skill essential for navigating complexity, making informed decisions, and strengthening cohesion within organizations. With his immersive conference The Powers of Emotional Intelligence, Régis Rossi offers an extraordinary experience where illusion, neuroscience, and behavioral sciences meet to reveal the real impact of emotions on our behaviors, interactions, and collective performance.
  • Through integrated illusion demonstrations within the speech, Régis Rossi challenges perceptions and allows participants to experience surprising situations that act as a revealer of our automatisms. Each of these experiences highlights how our cognitive biases are formed, how our emotions subtly influence our choices, and how our view of reality can sometimes mislead us. This interactive approach enables everyone to become aware of their own relational patterns while opening up a reflection on how to better understand and master these mechanisms.
  • The conference thus offers a genuine emotional learning experience, inviting participants to see their emotions not as a hindrance, but as a powerful resource. Régis Rossi provides them with practical keys to decode the non-verbal, develop sharper listening skills, understand the feelings of their interlocutors, and create smoother interactions. By valuing presence, mental availability, and mutual understanding, he shows how emotional intelligence becomes an essential lever for better collaboration, preventing tensions, and cultivating a lasting climate of trust.
  • The impact of this conference is measurable on both an individual and collective scale: each participant leaves with a better understanding of their own emotional functioning, immediately actionable tools to enhance the quality of their exchanges, and effective levers to develop their leadership. Combining pedagogy, humor, and memorable experiences, The Powers of Emotional Intelligence creates a lively and transformative learning space that stimulates engagement, strengthens trust, and paves the way for a more human and effective relational dynamic.

The art of relationship!

  • In an increasingly structured professional world shaped by tools, processes, and artificial intelligence, human relationships remain the primary lever of performance and cohesion. With his immersive conference The Art of Relationship, Régis Rossi invites organizations to rediscover what makes the strength of a collective: the quality of the bonds that are woven within it. By mixing illusion, emotional intelligence, and behavioral sciences, he offers a lively, accessible, and profoundly transformative exploration of our relational mechanisms.
  • Through illusionary experiences that defy our certainties, Régis Rossi highlights the influence of our perceptions, emotions, and reflexes in our daily interactions. Each demonstration acts as a revealer: what strengthens trust or, conversely, undermines it; what nurtures cooperation or generates isolation; what transforms a simple group into a true team. This interactive approach helps participants understand how their often unconscious behaviors impact collective dynamics.
  • At the core of the conference, four pillars structure the art of building strong and authentic relationships: recognition, which values and engages; attention, which has become rare but essential to create trust; optimism, the true emotional driver of advancing teams; and empathetic communication, which invites us to go beyond words to understand the other in their entirety. These fundamentals, simple and powerful, provide actionable guidelines to improve the quality of dialogue, ease tensions, and foster a positive climate.
  • The impact of this conference is directly measurable in team dynamics: everyone leaves with concrete tools, useful insights, and a finer understanding of the levers that allow for smoother cooperation and a strengthened sense of belonging. Lively, participative, and memorable, The Art of Relationship brings real added value by empowering collaborators to create a work environment where the quality of interactions becomes a true strategic advantage — in service of collective performance and shared well-being.

In the skin of an illusionist!

  • This seminar offers a playful and surprising immersion into the world of illusion to transform the way teams cooperate, communicate, and mobilize their collective intelligence. Far from theoretical approaches, the experience focuses on experimentation, play, and a change of perspective. Participants take turns becoming illusionists, exploring the mechanisms of attention, non-verbal communication, and intention, in order to better understand what creates commitment and strengthens cohesion.
  • The workshop unfolds in four stages experienced as a genuine creative journey. First, each group discovers the secret of a magic trick and must understand its underlying principles. Next comes a creation phase where the team learns that technique alone is not enough: the strength of the message, staging, and collective coherence give full meaning to the performance. The experience culminates in a presentation before the other groups, concluding with a debriefing that connects the learnings to professional challenges.
  • The central objective is to value complementarities, instill a culture of constructive feedback, and stimulate a sustainable collaborative dynamic. The workshop allows participants to experience the impact of non-verbal cues, posture, and emotions in interpersonal relationships, while revealing individual talents in the service of the collective. It revisits notions of attention, influence, and leadership through an immersive, creative, and engaging framework.
  • Expected outcomes include a boost in energy, a better understanding of cooperation levers, a renewed approach to leadership, and strengthened synergies around shared values. Participants leave with a more nuanced view of their relational modes, the mechanisms that hinder or foster engagement, and the importance of connection in collective performance. The experience leaves a memorable imprint, both educational, unifying, and profoundly human.
