Biography

Bringing professions and people into dialogue.

Trained in philosophy, psychosociology, the systemic approach of the Palo Alto school, mediation and forum theatre, he develops a practical philosophy directly connected to the situations people actually experience in organisations.A navigator forged by extremes

A philosophy rooted in work.

He founded his human resources consultancy in 1991 and works in very different worlds: education, services, the agri-food industry, SMEs and the public sector. In 1995, he launched a local café-philo, the first expression of an approach that would become his signature: making philosophical dialogue a communication tool.

Lively, participatory formats

In 2005, he founded the Institut Européen de Philosophie Pratique. His work focuses on meaning, values, ethics, workplace well-being, responsibility and cooperation. He helps teams put words to what they are experiencing and build shared reference points so they can act with greater confidence and consistency.

Thinking together to act better

Talks, workshops, mediation, theatre or philosophical hikes: Bernard Benattar creates spaces where people take the time to question work differently. A sensitive, concrete approach that gives dialogue, agency and collective intelligence their rightful place again.

Thinking together to work better together.
