Journalist, host and master of ceremonies, Frédérique Courtadon combines media experience, interpersonal intelligence and stage presence to create events where ideas flow and everyone finds their place.
A career shaped by the media
After studying languages at Sorbonne Nouvelle and drama at Studio Pygmalion, Frédérique Courtadon began her career at RTBF, where she hosted several programmes before moving into French television. She later worked for M6 and France Télévisions, developing strong expertise in live broadcasting, interviewing and audience engagement.
The art of helping others speak
Throughout her career, she has met and interviewed executives, entrepreneurs, political leaders, experts and international personalities. She notably interviewed Bill Gates for Microsoft and hosted the World Meeting of French Foreign Trade Advisors. This experience enables her to bring out essential ideas, ask the right follow-up questions and make complex topics accessible.
Health and wellbeing at the heart of her experience
Through Bien dans ma tête, co-hosted with psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Serge Hefez, Frédérique developed extensive familiarity with psychology, personal development, stress, sleep and life balance. Today, this allows her to approach health and wellbeing with clarity, accessibility and humanity.

Alongside her media career, Frédérique Courtadon has hosted conventions, congresses, panel discussions, ceremonies and gala evenings for companies and institutions including Microsoft, BMW, Coca-Cola, Bouygues, InVivo, Galian, the French Ministry of Agriculture and the Monaco Red Cross.
