An international consultant, board member and speaker, Claire Deflou-Caron has spent more than twenty years supporting leaders facing technological, organisational and cultural transformation.
Where strategy meets technology
A graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg and ESSEC/Télécom Paris, and holder of an Executive MBA, Claire Deflou-Caron built her career at the intersection of management, information systems and governance. She worked with organisations including Société Générale, Orange and the International Maritime Organization before founding Govership.
Technology does not decide for us
AI, data, digitalisation: the tools are evolving fast. For Claire Deflou-Caron, however, the real question remains a human one: who decides, by what rules and to what end? She helps leaders use technology without giving up their discernment, their responsibility or their ability to choose.
