Éric-Jean Garcia is a recognized expert in leadership and strategic management. He holds an MBA in International Management (University of Dallas), an MPhil in Education (Institute of Education, University of London), and a PhD in Leadership Development (University College London). His doctoral thesis offers a critical analysis of the teachings of leadership in 5 world-class Business Schools: Harvard, IMD, HEC, ESCP, London Business School, Wharton, and INSEAD. His international background, built between Europe, North America, and Asia, gives him a multicultural vision of leadership, which he conveys with clarity, rigor, and pragmatism.
Before joining the academic world, he held management positions in the private sector for over fifteen years: Export Manager and then International Director at Bidermann Group, CEO of a company that developed and launched a franchise concept for beauty institutes, and CEO of a cosmetics laboratory designed for professional care. This field experience enriches his interventions, always grounded in economic, human, and organizational realities.
