Karine Baillet

Adventurer · `Conférencière
High-level adventurer and leader, Karine Baillet transforms the demands of extreme sports into concrete performance levers in business. A specialist in energy, cohesion, and leadership in uncertain environments, she helps teams transition from individual commitment to collective success. Her conferences, both inspiring and operational, trigger immediate awareness and sustainable action.

Karine Baillet

Karine Baillet is a high-level adventurer turned entrepreneur and speaker, whose exceptional journey is now a reference in the world of collective performance. A global reference in multisport raids, she excels in the largest international competitions with a victory at the legendary Raid Gauloises in Vietnam and two titles as vice-world champion. She also stands out with unique feats, such as four crossings of the English Channel on a wakeboard, funboard, kayak, and catamaran, embodying an exceptional ability to push physical and mental limits in extreme environments.

Beyond athletic performance, Karine Baillet is a true challenge-driven woman, capable of evolving in demanding fields such as motorsport, endurance, or extreme adventure. The first French female pilot to enter the Enduropale du Touquet, a participant in the Marathon des Sables, she builds a unique experience in managing effort, stress, and decision-making under pressure. These years of field experience, where every mistake can be costly, now nourish a very concrete vision of performance, based on preparation, adaptation, and the ability to bounce back in the face of uncertainty.

In 2008, she founded KBO – Karine Baillet Organisation, a structure specialized in organizing seminars, events, and team building activities. With over 25 years of experience in sports event management, she designs and manages large-scale events such as the Touquet Raid Pas-de-Calais — the largest raid in France — as well as numerous immersive formats for companies. This dual role as an athlete and a business leader allows her to bridge the gap between individual performance and collective dynamics by transposing the demands of high-level sports to the concrete challenges of organizations.

A recognized speaker, lecturer at Paris-Saclay University, and author, Karine Baillet now shares a deeply human and operational approach to performance. Her interventions revolve around key levers such as individual energy, team cohesion, leadership, and change management, with a constant: transforming inspiration into action. Her journey, acknowledged by her appointment as a Knight of the National Order of Merit, reflects a lasting commitment to the collective. On stage, she engages leaders and teams in a concrete and energizing reflection, where each lived experience becomes a tool for better decision-making, better cooperation, and sustained performance.

These "batteries" directly condition clarity, decision-making, and the quality of relationships.
