A criminologist focused on human behavior
Trained in criminology, Fred Colantonio has always been interested in what activates or inhibits behavior. After several years in the Belgian public sector, he brought this analytical lens into the business world, where leadership, decision-making, innovation, engagement and transformation became his new field of investigation.
His approach retains a criminologist's reflex: observe, look for clues, understand mechanisms and identify the behaviors that turn intention into action.
Unlocking your ADN
At the heart of his work is one idea: everyone has an ADN — Natural Differentiating Advantage. It is about identifying the situations in which a person or organization can create maximum impact with minimum friction.
Rather than copying other people's recipes, Fred helps audiences understand their own operating modes and leverage complementary strengths within teams.
Rock'n'Roll as a management laboratory
Why do some rock bands sustain forty, fifty or sixty-year careers while others fall apart after a few albums? AC/DC, Queen, Metallica, Led Zeppelin and Nirvana become genuine case studies in leadership and team dynamics: ego, trust, complementarity, decision-making, solidarity, standards and performance.
A guitarist himself, Fred does not use rock merely as a metaphor. Live music, guitar, audience interaction, quizzes and jam sessions can turn the keynote into a true collective experience.
