Biography

Human relationships will save us, not technology.

Conferences

Through his talks, Benoît Quémar helps organisations better understand the experience of their employees, customers and users in order to communicate, manage and transform more effectively.

01

The unexpected virtues of design thinking

Putting yourself in others’ shoes to create genuinely useful solutions.

Design thinking is about far more than sticky notes or a brainstorming session. Benoît Quémar explains its essential principles: empathy, experimentation, permission to fail, prototyping and testing.

He shows how this approach can improve a service, communication, internal organisation or the employee experience.

  • Understand the principles of design thinking
  • Develop a culture of experimentation
  • Turn real needs into practical solutions
Ideal for Innovation, transformation, marketing, HR and public services
Format Conference or workshop · 60 to 90 minutes
02

Understanding and engaging younger generations

Adapting your practices without lowering your standards.

Younger employees have a different relationship with work, authority, time and commitment. These differences can lead to misunderstandings, but can also become a source of renewal.

Benoît Quémar helps managers move beyond stereotypes, understand younger generations' expectations and build relationships based on trust, clarity and reciprocity.

  • Decode new expectations at work
  • Adapt management and communication practices
  • Support onboarding and lasting engagement
Ideal for Managers, HR teams, recruiters, schools and family businesses
Format Conference, World Café or workshop · 60 to 90 minutes
03

Endure, manage or lead change?

Moving from resistance to participation.

Transformation is never just about a new process or tool. It affects habits, professional identities and people's perception of their place in the organisation.

Benoît Quémar decodes human reactions to change and shows how listening, anticipation and collective intelligence can build commitment.

  • Understand resistance to change
  • Involve teams earlier
  • Turn uncertainty into a capacity for action
Ideal for Internal transformations, reorganisations, digitalisation and AI adoption
Format Conference or seminar · 60 to 90 minutes
04

Stop trying to be kind: aim to be fair

Clear and fair management is more valuable than poorly defined kindness.

  • Clarify rules and expectations
  • Give useful feedback
  • Combine respect, fairness and performance
Ideal for Executives, managers, HR teams and teams undergoing transformation
Format Conference or workshop · 60 to 90 minutes
05

Improving the customer, user or employee experience

What people experience matters more than what the organisation believes it delivers.

Organizations often design their processes from their own point of view. Benoît Quémar instead invites them to observe the experience actually lived by customers, users and employees.

This approach helps identify friction points, simplify interactions and strengthen both engagement and loyalty.

  • Map the real experience
  • Identify the moments that build or destroy trust
  • Design simpler and more human journeys
Ideal for Customer experience, public services, HR, employer branding and commercial relationships
Format Conference or workshop · 60 to 90 minutes
