Biography
Understanding what holds societies together
From the Himalayas to Madagascar, from the Philippines to the Sahara and urban communities in France, Boris Lelong has spent more than thirty years observing how human communities build trust, transmit values and learn to act together.
Where fieldwork meets research
With a PhD in Anthropology from Université Paris Cité, Boris Lelong combines field experience with scientific research. His recent work examines social networks, rituals, kinship and the mechanisms that enable human groups to build lasting organizations.
Turning the collective into a strength
Founder of the Altamira project, he has developed intercultural projects bringing together residents, artists, researchers and institutions. These experiences give him a concrete perspective on cooperation, trust, engagement and collective project management.
Anthropology in service of organizations
For Boris Lelong, a company is also a human community, with rituals, symbols, shared rules and informal relationships. Understanding these mechanisms can strengthen cohesion, create meaning at work and unlock genuine collective intelligence.
Understanding people to act better together.
