Biography
A professional coach certified PCC by the International Coaching Federation, author and speaker, Nina Bataille works with executives, managers and teams on leadership, relationship quality, mental health and sustainable balance.
Turning corporate experience into expertise in human dynamics
With around twenty-five years of corporate experience, Nina Bataille knows from the inside the demands of performance, organisational transformation and the tensions of working life. She works with executive committees, line managers, HR communities and large groups of employees.
Understanding before acting
Her approach combines systemic coaching, cognitive science, positive psychology and nonviolent communication. She helps participants understand the mechanisms behind stress, mental load, conflict, loss of confidence or difficulty setting boundaries. This understanding of human dynamics makes it possible to move beyond ready-made recipes and act on root causes.
Engaging, immediately applicable learning
Her talks combine accessible scientific input, real-life situations, short exercises and simple tools. Nina Bataille delivers lively, interactive sessions tailored to each organisation’s specific challenges. Her goal: to let every participant leave with useful insights and a realistic action plan they can apply the very next day.
A recognised voice on time, uncertainty and parenthood
The author of several books published by ESF Sciences Humaines, Eyrolles and Larousse, she explores our relationship with time, procrastination, hyperconnection, authority and self-confidence. Her books follow a single thread: regaining inner freedom without giving up ambition or a sense of responsibility.
“Do everything, choose everything… just not all at the same time!”
Combining effectiveness, serenity, legitimacy and quality relationships
