Biography
Artus de Longuemar works at the intersection of three fields: artificial intelligence, organizational transformation and collective intelligence. His central question is how to make AI not merely a new tool, but a genuine lever for transforming work and improving performance.
De l'IA aux résultats
For Artus, deploying AI tools and training employees is not enough. Gains emerge when a company simultaneously redesigns its processes, jobs, team skills and the role of its managers. He helps leaders address a strategic question: how can individual productivity gains enabled by AI be converted into sustainable results for the organization?
Expérience de transformation débutant chez Airbus
A SupAéro engineer and Harvard Business School MBA graduate, Artus developed an early interest in technological and human transformation. He carried out his first transformation assignments at Airbus and later contributed to the rollout of new management practices within a division of nearly 1,000 employees.
His career has since led him to work with large companies, executives and innovation ecosystems, including AMGEN, ENGIE, EDF and Le Lab RH, as well as startups and entrepreneurs.
Le facteur humain au coeur de l'IA
Artus is less interested in technology for its own sake than in what it concretely changes inside organizations: evolving jobs, delegating tasks to AI, new skills, Shadow AI, fragmented usage and the changing role of managers. His approach combines AI, change management, organizational design, management and collective intelligence.
AI is everywhere. Results are nowhere.
